Companies, and individual businessmen and businesswomen, based not only in northern France but also in southern Belgium and the south-east of England – though perhaps unsurprisingly the highest concentration of our members is in the Greater Lille area.
Who can join?
We welcome membership applications from companies (of whatever size) and individual business people; whether you wish to investigate new markets or to sell goods or services from the UK to France or indeed from France to the UK.
What does it cost?
The annual membership is only 30 Euros.
The regular monthly lunches cost 35 Euros for members and 50 Euros for guests.
What are the advantages of membership?
Monthly lunch - our monthly business meetings over lunch offer you the chance to meet many interesting business people with a similar background and experiences to your own. They are an ideal networking opportunity and our French members tell us that they really appreciate the opportunity to exercise their skills in English. The lunches currently take place at the Holiday Inn hotel on the rue Gambetta (Métro république) on the first Friday of each month – if you wish to attend the next meeting simply CLICK HERE.
Exchange of business information - we encourage discussions on business topics (including networking and exchanging business cards) at all of our formal and informal meetings.
Regular visits on a business theme – members have visited, as privileged guests, local textile factories, regional mail-order headquarters, the SNCF TGV refurbishing works, the Greater Lille Fire Brigade HQ etc - more visits (which are only open to full members) are planned in the future.
